Terry Schlotterback has more than 40 years of experience in the orthopedic industry as a technology leader, executive and entrepreneur. He served as Chairman of the board for Orthopediatrics from 2013 to 2021 and continues to serve on their board. He served on the Board for Nextremity Products Inc. and was board chair at the time of its acquisition by Medartis and currently serves on the board of Ignite Orthopedics. He served in various executive leadership roles for what is now Zimmer Biomet, including President of Zimmer’s Trauma and Spinal Divisions. Prior to Zimmer, Mr. Schlotterback served in senior management roles for Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Division, Mitek Surgical Products. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
