OrthoWorx partners with schools and universities to enhance the local and state educational offerings to better meet the academic needs of students and employers. Our goal is to also make our Kosciusko County community more attractive for the recruitment and retention of talent in the orthopedic industry.

We accomplish this in ways that address gaps between the workforce preparedness needs of the orthopedic industry cluster and the education and training offerings available to local students and adults who seek a career in orthopedics
