Sean joined Paragon Medical in 2008 and was appointed Vice President of Business Development in January 2025. He has spent his entire career at Paragon Medical and has held a number of engineering, operations and commercial leadership positions throughout the organization. Sean joined Paragon as a Development Engineer in 2008, progressing into project management roles before becoming GDC Manager in 2013. From 2015-2020, Sean oversaw Paragon’s Case & Tray business, serving as the Director of Case & Tray Operations from 2015-2018 and the Global Product Line Manager for Case & Tray from 2018-2020. In 2017, during his time with Case & Tray, Sean ran the Value Capture Program (VCP) across Paragon, working with PWC to drive efficiencies and amplify value for Paragon through pricing, operational excellence, procurement spend, organization structure, group insurance and ERP delivering significant enterprise value gains. Following MW’s acquisition of NN Life Sciences, Sean was appointed as the VP of Sales and most recently held the title Chief Commercial Officer starting in 2021. Sean holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA in Applied Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
