Ryan is a lifelong resident of Kosciusko County and is deeply invested in the community where he and his spouse are raising their four children. He earned both his bachelor’s degree and MBA from Grace College and brings more than 15 years of experience in the orthopedic industry, with leadership roles spanning operations management, supply chain, and logistics.
Ryan’s commitment to workforce and community development is reflected through extensive civic and volunteer service. He currently serves on the Education Workforce Committee and the OrthoWorx Academy Advisory Board and has represented Indiana alongside state leaders through the Richard M. Fairbanks–funded iLab initiative, studying youth apprenticeship and education models in Switzerland.
In addition to his professional work, Ryan is an active youth sports coach and the Founder and President of Youth & the Outdoors United, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting young people with experiential and educational outdoor opportunities. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and adventuring outdoors.
