Matt joined Zimmer Biomet in December 2021 as its Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. He advises the company’s Board of Directors, oversees its stock compensation programs and advises on its filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He additionally advises the Zimmer Biomet Foundation, Inc. as its corporate counsel.
Previously, Matt worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis as the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, he represented business, nonprofit, municipal and individual clients in private practice.
Matt received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, his Masters in Business Administration in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and his Juris Doctor degree from the Indiana University Mauer School of Law. Matt is the proud parent of a Purdue graduate and a Purdue students and lives in Warsaw with his family.
