Lukas Rife is the Project Manager of the Orthopedic Industry Retention Initiative (OIRI) and is a graduate of Grace College. He earned both his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and MBA from Grace and worked as an auditor in public accounting at Katz Sapper and Miller for three and half years. Lukas enjoys serving on the board for Cardinal Services in Warsaw and on the finance committee at Christ’s Covenant Church.
He and his wife, Deborah, have two boys, Roman and Reuben. As a family, they enjoy spending time together, inviting old and new friends into their home and community, and volunteering with their church’s youth group. Lukas loves golf, pickleball, and all Detroit sports (Go Blue!).
Lukas looks forward to engaging directly with the community of Kosciusko County as he works with Ryan to implement the OIRI projects.
