Kevin currently serves as Director of R&D for Stryker’s Upper Extremities division, based in Columbia City, Indiana. Since joining the organization in 2013, Kevin has held roles of increasing responsibility, driving product development across numerous key programs. Over his tenure, the business has transitioned through multiple parent companies — including Tornier, Wright Medical, and now Stryker.
He began his career in 2010 at Zimmer, focusing on Knees in both sustaining and new product development roles. Upon joining the Tornier Sports Medicine team, he contributed to the development of innovative soft tissue fixation products before stepping into a leadership role on the Shoulder team. Driven by a passion for innovation, Kevin holds over 15 patents and pending applications. He is equally committed to cultivating high-caliber talent and fostering a culture of excellence in R&D.
Kevin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University. He resided in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with his wife Kristen and their two children.
