Ian Delaney joined Johnson & Johnson (J&J) MedTech in 2005 and is currently a Director of Marketing in Knee Reconstruction. Ian and his team are globally responsible for platform strategy and the commercial performance of the J&J MedTech Revision Knee business. Previously, Ian held multiple roles within J&J MedTech including US Commercial Knee Leadership and Global Hip Strategy.
Prior to Ian’s orthopedic experiences, he spent his early professional career within the automotive industry in Product and Application Engineering with Delco Remy International.
Ian holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the Indiana University Kelly School of Business in Indianapolis.
