Cory spent the vast majority of his professional career in start-up and rapid growth medical device and orthopedic contract manufacturing businesses, most recently spending nearly 28 years with Paragon Medical, Pierceton, IN. From its start up, he held several executive level roles in the company all of which came with increased breadth and responsibility spanning global areas of Operations, Engineering, Quality, Business Development, Sales and Marketing, and Mergers and Acquisitions. His experience also includes active participation and oversight in selling and recapitalization of business entities primarily tied to private equity. Subsequent to his retirement from Paragon Medical, he remains active in the industry through his company Providence Holdings, where he consults, coaches, invests in, and advises CEO’s, management teams, boards and entrepreneurial based private and private equity owned businesses. Cory received his BS from Grace College, Winona Lake, IN, in 1983. He completed graduate level work at Indiana Wesleyan University in 1986 with a Master of Science degree in Management. Cory has been married for 40 years to Debbie and they have two adult married children, two grandsons and one granddaughter. Outside of work, he is very active with his family and church, sits on multiple boards and also enjoys raising and showing cattle, remodeling, and woodworking.
