Prospective employers are seeking applicants with an array of skill sets and backgrounds for a variety of roles in their organizaions. Starting February 1st, area job-seekers will be able to pre-register and upload their resume so employers can preview their info and set interview appointment times.
Allyn Decker, VP of Operations and Engagement at OrthoWorx, stated, “OrthoWorx is gratified to be working with such great community development partners to launch the first HireKosciusko hiring fair on February 29. Industry recruiters tell us that finding qualified, local talent is one of their biggest challenges and we know that the application process can be daunting for some job-seekers. Our intent is to provide an atmosphere where hiring companies and job seekers can meet, talk, and pursue employment matches in person. Our plan is to host two more fairs in May and October 2024.”
