OrthoWorx & Community Partners Launch HireKosciusko Hiring Fair

OrthoWorx, in partnership with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, KEDCO, the Kosciusko County Community Founda on, the Kosciusko Human Resource Associa on (KHRA), and WorkOne/Employ Northern Indiana, is sponsoring a county-wide Hiring Fair on Thursday, February 29th from 10am-1pm at the Zimmer Biomet Center Lake Pavilion. Job-seekers will have the opportunity to connect with and interview for roles at:

Prospective employers are seeking applicants with an array of skill sets and backgrounds for a variety of roles in their organizaions. Starting February 1st, area job-seekers will be able to pre-register and upload their resume so employers can preview their info and set interview appointment times.

Allyn Decker, VP of Operations and Engagement at OrthoWorx, stated, “OrthoWorx is gratified to be working with such great community development partners to launch the first HireKosciusko hiring fair on February 29. Industry recruiters tell us that finding qualified, local talent is one of their biggest challenges and we know that the application process can be daunting for some job-seekers. Our intent is to provide an atmosphere where hiring companies and job seekers can meet, talk, and pursue employment matches in person. Our plan is to host two more fairs in May and October 2024.”
