FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership announced today the addition of two business development professionals to the organization’s business development team.

Brandon Noll joined the team as Director of Business Development and Nicole Satalino as Manager of Business Development.

In his role, Noll leads the development and execution of the overall business development strategy to maximize lead generation for the region and contribute to the organizational strategic planning process.

Noll has a strong background in sales and business development, most recently working in business development for Reusser Design, a regional web design and development firm. He is passionate about Northeast Indiana and the region’s rural communities, having grown up in Steuben County.

“With the tremendous amount of positive momentum happening in Northeast Indiana, I am blessed to be a part of a team that works to increase the prosperity for the region’s residents. I was born in Angola, went to college in Huntington and have called Fort Wayne home for over 10 years. I look forward to sharing my passion for Northeast Indiana as we work to attract new businesses to the region,” said Noll.

Satalino is responsible for generating project leads for the region in line with target industries and clusters while also working with local economic development professionals to facilitate project site visits.

Satalino most recently held a successful sales position with Ash Brokerage. She has a proven record of exceeding sales targets, focusing on accountability and delivering results.

“I am grateful to join the Regional Partnership team and drive results to increase business investment in our region. There has never been a more exciting time to be in economic development. The growth and momentum our region is experiencing creates a competitive business climate that is admirable and energizing. Every company that offers above average wages and highly-skilled jobs must know about Northeast Indiana. When these companies are looking to grow or expand, my job is to make sure Northeast Indiana is at the top of their list,” said Satalino.

John Sampson, president and CEO of the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, said Noll and Satalino are critical additions to the success of the Regional Partnership’s business development team.

“I am thankful to Brandon and Nicole for their leadership and determination as we work to attract new businesses to Northeast Indiana. As an organization, we’ve issued 14 business development projects to the local economic developers this year, with the year-end goal of 20 projects. We will quickly and thoroughly onboard Brandon and Nicole so they can promptly begin to represent and sell Northeast Indiana to site selection consultants and corporate executives,” said Sampson.
