Tammy Allen joined OrthoWorx in November 2010, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience on both the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and supply side of the medical device industry.
Tammy has also served as Associate Manager, Marketing Communications at Zimmer, Inc., Global Manager, Meetings & Marketing Services at Symmetry Medical Inc. and Marketing Communications Coordinator at DePuy, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson Company.
In addition to her industry experience, Tammy serves in various leadership roles in the community and region. This includes: Kosciusko County Visitors Bureau (CVB) Executive Committee, Board of Directors and marketing committee member, Marketing Committee for Heartline Pregnancy Center Inc. and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Northeastern Indiana. She has also served as Director-at-Large, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Warsaw Region and President for International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Fort Wayne Chapter and IABC District 7 Delegate.
Tammy is a graduate of Ball State University and an alumna of Kosciusko Leadership Academy (KLA).
