David Findlay
President, Lakeland Financial Corp. & Lake City Bank
David Findlay currently serves as President of Lakeland Financial Corporation, and Lake City Bank, headquartered in Warsaw, Indiana. He oversees Finance and Accounting, Treasury, Risk Management, Legal, Human Resources, Operations, Technology Services, Loan Review and Corporate and Institutional Services, which includes Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Retirement Services. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of both the Bank and the Holding Company and is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Prior to joining Lake City Bank, he served in various capacities with Quality Dining, Inc. He began his career with The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, Illinois, serving in the commercial banking and capital markets units.
He is active in community and educational organizations and also serves on various boards of directors within the Warsaw region and statewide.
David has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from DePauw University.
