OrthoWorx to Study Daycare Feasibility

The Community Attributes Study conducted by OrthoWorx indicated a strong desire for more daycare options.

“The community of Warsaw offers its residents and workforce a number of private and church-based child care facilities. As the population of the community continues to grow and diversify, there is a desire for more accredited child day care options that include after school programs and extended hours that accommodate a multi-shift workforce.”

Of course, delivering a solution to those wishes is a complicated matter that could require both new physical and human resources.  But, OrthoWorx intends to determine if there is sufficient interest among community employers and their employees to make such a service feasible.

OrthoWorx will work with a major national daycare consultant and facility operator to determine if there is a financially sustainable path to providing additional daycare options in the community.

OrthoWorx expects to conduct the study during the late summer and early fall months and make a determination as to how to proceed by the end of the year.
